运动康复治疗对慢性稳定型心力衰竭病人的临床疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨运动康复治疗对慢性稳定型心力衰竭病人的临床疗效。方法选取2015年10月—2016年10月就诊于我院且符合入组标准的慢性稳定型心力衰竭病人100例。随机分为对照组(50例)及治疗组(50例),两组均接受基本的药物治疗包括利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ拮抗剂(ARB)/血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、地高辛、硝酸酯类药物;运动康复组接受基本的药物治疗及运动康复治疗。根据心肺运动试验(CPET)无氧代谢阈值(AT)制定运动强度,病人运动时的症状、血压、心电图情况,制定运动时间。运动频率为隔日1次,共治疗15周后评定。依据心肺运动评估,记录病人AT心率、峰值最大心率、AT摄氧量、峰值摄氧量、运动时间。结果治疗15周后,对照组AT心率、峰值最大心率、AT摄氧量、峰值摄氧量、运动时间均治疗较前有所改善,其中AT心率下降、峰值摄氧量升高(P<0.05)。治疗组AT心率、峰值最大心率、AT摄氧量、峰值摄氧量、运动时间均治疗较前改善有统计学意义(P<0.05)。运动康复治疗组AT心率、峰值最大心率、AT摄氧量、峰值摄氧量、运动时间均较药物治疗组改善显著(P<0.05)。结论运动康复治疗可降低稳定型心力衰竭病人AT心率、峰值最大心率,提高AT摄氧量、峰值摄氧量、运动时间,提高运动耐力,改善病人的生活质量。
