摘要
采用HCA高压容量法瓦斯吸附装置,对7组不同变质程度的煤样,分别在20、30、40、50、60℃等5个温度条件下进行常压吸附瓦斯量和瓦斯吸附常数的测试,通过对测试数据进行分析研究,得出每升高单位温度下吸附瓦斯减小量与煤的变质程度的关系模型,进而对间接法测定煤层瓦斯含量计算公式进行校正,校正结果更符合煤样在高压状态下即将达到吸附饱和状态的相关理论。
By using HCA high pressure capacity gas adsorption device,the gas adsorption capacity and gas adsorption constant of 7 groups of coal samples with different degree of metamorphism were tested in the temperature of 20 ℃,30 ℃,40 ℃,50 ℃,60 ℃ respectively. Through the analysis and study of the test data,the relationship model between the decrease of gas adsorption and the degree of metamorphism of coal for every increase in temperature was obtained,and then the formula for calculating the gas content in coal seam by indirect method was calibrated. The correction result was more consistent with the theory that the adsorption saturation of coal sample was imminent at high pressure.
