摘要
甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)作为高辛烷值清洁汽油调合组分,要求硫含量≤10μg/g。青岛安邦炼化有限公司将气分装置脱戊烷塔单元改成MTBE脱硫系统,配套碱液抽提脱硫醇设施。采取注入多功能强化助剂、三相混合氧化再生等技术措施,提高了液化气脱硫醇深度。选择萃取精馏技术路线降低MTBE硫含量,MTBE产品的硫含量≤10μg/g。
As the blending component of high-hexane clean gasoline, methy tertiary butyl ether (MTBE), it is required that its sulfur content shall not be higher than 10 μg/g. Qingdao Anbang Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. Changed the depentanizing unit of the gas separation into MTBE desulfurization system, and equipped caustic extraction sweetening facility. Technical measures were adopted such as injection of multi-functional intensifying additive and three-phase oxidation regeneration, which increased the deepness of liquefied gas sweetening. The technical route for extractive distillation was selected to decrease the sulfur content in MTBE, and the content of sulfur in MTBE product is no higher than 10 μg/g.
