摘要
采用两步法合成ABS树脂专用小粒径聚丁二烯种子胶乳,主要从乳化剂种类、用量、进料方式、电解质的种类及用量等方面进行研究。实验结果表明,采用复合乳化剂的、弱酸盐电解质能更有效缩短聚合反应时间、保证聚合稳定、转化率达98%以上。
The two-step method was used to synthesize the small grain size polybutadiene seed latex, and research was mainly made to the aspects such as emulsifier kinds, dose, feeding mode, the electrolyte kinds and dose. The experimental result showed that, the electrolyte using compound emulsifier and week-acid salt can more effectively shorten reaction time, ensure the polymerization stabilization and econversion rate of higher than 98%.
