某石化公司有液下泵电机30余台,运行中故障率较高。文中结合装置多年来的运行故障,分析了液下泵电机故障产生的原因,提出解决措施,确保了设备高效运行。

There are more than 30 submerged pump motors in a petrochemical company, these motors had high failure rate during operation. Based on the running faults existed in the plant, this paper analyzed causes for the generation of submerged pump motor faults, proposed countermeasure, and the high-efficiency running is ensured.
