云南稀树草原草被层豆科物种多样性及其对环境因子的响应 被引量:1

摘要 指出了稀树草原是云南地区独特的植被类型但有关研究却不足。豆科是稀树草原草被层重要的科,但目前对云南稀树草原豆科物种多样性及其对环境因子响应的研究甚少。为探究哪种环境因子对云南地区稀树草原草被层豆科物种组成、丰富度及多度具有显著影响,对云南地区具有稀树草原外貌的45个样地豆科植物多样性进行了采样调查,并运用软件R进行了数据分析,结果显示:海拔高度和土壤pH值对豆科物种组成差异影响显著;土壤粘粒含量、pH值与物种丰富度成显著正相关,土壤粘粒、全磷含量与物种多度成显著正相关而海拔高度成显著负相关。该结果揭示了海拔高度和土壤因子对云南地区稀树草原草被层豆科物种组成差异的重要影响,以及豆科物种多样性对土壤养分及pH值的积极响应和对海拔高度的消极响应。 Savanna is a unique vegetation type in Yunnan that is under-researched.Fabaceae is important family in herb layer ofsavanna but we have known little about its diversity and response to environmental factors in Yunnan savannas.This study seeks to understand what environmental factors contribute significantly to variation in species composition,richness and abundance of herb-layer Fabaceae diversity in savannas in Yunnan province.We sampled45 plots with savanna physiognomies across Yunnanand conducted data analysis in software R.The results showed that(i)altitude and soil pH significantly affect variation in species composition of Fabaceae;(ii)Clay and soil pH are significantly positive withspecies richness;Clay and totalphosphorus in soil are significantly positive with species abundance while altitude are significantly negative.These results revealed that altitude and soil factorsinfluence variation in species composition of herb-layer Fabaceae.Species diversity positively response to soil factors related to nutrients and pHwhilenegatively response to altitude.
