保定市空气质量治理对策探析

Exploration on Continuous Improvement of Air Quality in Baoding

指出了2018年2月份,保定市PM2.5平均浓度为87μg/m3,同比下降40.4%,变幅排名第一,蓝天保卫战初战告捷。保定曾经是大气污染的重灾区,2017年秋冬季空气质量却明显出现好转,由此引发了社会的关注和思考。以详细调查为基础,阐述了蓝天保卫战初战告捷之后,如何让这一势头持续下去的见解,对保定市大气污染治理的方法及经验进行了分析和归纳,提出了持续改善保定市空气质量、巩固蓝天保卫战成果的措施和建议。

In February of this year,the average concentration of PM2.5 in Baoding was 87 micrograms per cubic meter,which decreased by 40.4%compared with the same period last year.Baoding was once a serious area of air pollution.In the autumn and winter of 2017,the air quality obviously improved,which caused social concern and thinking.On the basis of detailed investigation,this paper expounds the views on how to keep this momentum sustained after the early battle of the blue-sky defense.It also analyses and sums up the methods and experiences of the air pollution control in Baoding.It puts forward measures and construction measures to continuously improve the air quality in Baodingand consolidates the results of the battle of the blue-sky for the defense of the blue-sky in Baoding.
