多维向复杂型圆管钢结构高空散装施工

摘要 指出了复杂小型圆管结构制作、安装往往造型复杂多变,多根圆管交错搭接,连接节点处多根钢管无规则相交,施工均较为困难。提出了一种小型多维向复杂型圆管钢结构高空散装的施工工艺,利用Tekla软件建模进行加工制造,将可视化的现场施工技术与测量技术相结合,进行高空散装施工。工程实证表明:该方法质量可靠,经济效益优于其它方法。 Complex and small round tube structures are often complicated and changeable with multiple round pipes and overlapping joints.The joints are not intersected by many steel pipes and the construction is difficult.High bulktechnologyconstruction with a small multidimensional complex round steel pipe structure is proposed.The Tekla software is used for modeling and manufacturing,and the visual on-site construction technology and measurement technology are combined to carry out high bulktechnology.It is proved that the method is reliable and economic benefit is better than other methods.
