摘要
对低压刀闸结构作了介绍,并针对其发热现象进行了分析。对研究对象进行连续测温,探讨了刀闸温度与环境温度、负荷电流之间的关系,进一步研究了刀闸温度与自身因素的关系。利用数值分析方法得出了较为准确的数学模型,进而提出了刀闸发热现象的预防及处理措施。
The structures of low voltage sluice is introduced and its heating phenomenon is analyzed.The research subjects were selected to conduct continuous temperature measurement and the relationship between the brake temperature and the ambient temperature and the load current was analyzed and the relationship between the brake temperature and its own factors was further studied.By using the numerical analysis method,the more accurate mathematical model is obtained and analyzed.The prevention and treatment measures of the fever phenomenon of the knife sluice are expounded.
