摘要
测定了天然冬虫夏草、人工培育冬虫夏草及发酵虫草菌粉三种虫草样品水提取物的体外抗氧化能力及其所含SOD活性,分析了3种样品体外抗氧化能力大小是否与其所含SOD活性高低有关。测定结果表明:各样品对DPPH·、超氧阴离子都有很好的清除作用,最大清除率大小依次为:天然冬虫夏草、人工培育冬虫夏草、发酵虫草菌粉;半数清除浓度从小到大依次为:天然冬虫夏草、人工培育冬虫夏草、发酵虫草菌粉。各样品均具有一定的总抗氧化力和总还原力,总抗氧化能力大小依次为:天然冬虫夏草、人工培育冬虫夏草、发酵虫草菌粉;总还原力大小依次为:天然冬虫夏草、发酵虫草菌粉、人工培育冬虫夏草。样品SOD活性高低依次为:天然冬虫夏草、人工培育冬虫夏草、发酵虫草菌粉。3种样品体外抗氧化能力高低与其所含SOD活性高低有密切关系。
This research studied the antioxidant activities in-vitro and the superoxide dismutase activity of water extracts derived from natural cordyceps sinensis,culture Cordyceps sinensis and fermented cordyceps sinensis powder.It alsoanalyzed whether the antioxidant capacity of the three samples was related to their SOD activity.The results showed that each sample has a good scavenging effect on DPPH·and superoxide anions,the maximum clearance rate from high to low is natural cordyceps sinensis,culture cordyceps sinensis,fermented cordyceps sinensis powder and the half clearance from low to high is natural cordyceps sinensis,culture cordyceps sinensis,fermented cordyceps sinensis powder.Each sample has certaintotal antioxidant and reduction capacity.The total antioxidant from high to low is natural cordyceps sinensis,culture cordyceps sinensis,fermented cordyceps sinensis powder.The total reduction capacity from high to low is natural cordyceps sinensis,fermented cordyceps sinensis powder,culture cordyceps sinensis.Thesuperoxide dismutase activity from high to low is natural cordyceps sinensis,culture cordyceps sinensis,fermented cordyceps sinensis powder.The antioxidant capacity in-vitro of three samples was closely related to the activity of SOD.
