摘要
为研究不同羽色系鹌鹑蛋壳色素与蛋品质间的差异,选取白羽鹌鹑蛋和花羽鹌鹑蛋各38枚和36枚分别进行了蛋壳色素和蛋品质分析。结果表明色:素沉积是在蛋壳形成最后阶段达到最大分泌量,且白羽和花羽鹌鹑蛋蛋壳色素没有显著差异(P>0.05)。在外部品质性状上,不同羽色系鹌鹑的蛋形指数(%)差异显著(P<0.05),蛋壳比例(%)无显著差异(P>0.05)。在内部品质性状上,不同羽色鹌鹑在蛋黄重(g)、重量(g)、蛋黄蛋白比例(%)、蛋白指数(%)和哈夫单位差异不显著(P>0.05)。除蛋形指数外,白羽和花羽鹌鹑的蛋壳色素和蛋品质均不存在显著差异。
To study the difference betweeneggshell pigment and quality of quail with different feather color,a total of38 or 36 eggs from quail with white and color plumage were selected to analyze eggshell pigment and quality.The results showed that pigment reached the maximum secretion in the final stage of eggshell formationand there was no significant difference between white feather and flower plume eggshell pigment(P0.05).Concerning the external quality characteristics,there were statistical differences regarding shape index(%),and no statistical difference on the proportion of eggshell(%).The differences of theinternal quality characteristics,plumage color lines inyolk weight(g),weight(g),egg yolk protein ratio(%),protein index(%)and Haugh units were no statistically significant(P0.05).There were no significant differences in eggshell pigment and egg qualitybetween quail with different plumage color except for the egg-shaped index.
