考虑功耗的同相补偿变流器可靠性优化分析

Analysis of Reliability Optimization of Co-phase Compensation Converter with Consideration of Power Consumption

摘要 以5 MW同相补偿变流器为例,结合重载铁路牵引负荷实测数据,利用Bayerer模型和线性累积损伤理论评估不同运行方式下同相补偿变流器的可靠性,并计算了组合式同相供电系统的功率损耗。结果表明,在牵引负荷波动较小的情况下,增加同相补偿装置的出力可以有效降低同相补偿变流器的故障率,从而提高变流器的可靠性,但是系统的功耗会相应增加。 Taking a 5 MW co-phase compensation converter as the example, being connected to the data of traction load of heavy haul railway, and on the basis of assessing the reliability of co-phase compensation converter under different operation modes by means of Bayerer model and linear accumulation theory, the power consumption of combined co-phase power supply system is calculated. The results show that the increment of output of co-phase compensation device may improve effectively the reliability of co-phase compensation converter; however, the system power consumption will also be increased, under a precondition that the fluctuation of traction load is minor.
