摘要
铝活塞的质量在很大程度上决定了汽车发动机乃至整车的质量。由于铝活塞结构的特殊性,其销孔轴线对裙部轴线的垂直度误差检测难度很大,误差也较大。根据机械测量与机械制造原理,对两种常用的检测方法进行分析,确认检测存在较大误差的原因,进而提高检测精度,降低漏检率,并最终提高铝活塞的产品质量。
The quality of aluminum pistons determines the quality of automotive engines and even theentire vehicle in a great measure. Due to the special nature of the aluminum piston structure, it is difficultto detect the verticality error of the axis of the pin hole versus the axis of the skirt section, where the erroris also large. According to the principles of mechanical measurement and mechanical manufacturing, the twocommonly used detection methods were analyzed to identify the causes of large detected errors, thereby tookmeasures to improve the detection accuracy, reduce the rate of missed detection, and ultimately improve thequality of aluminum piston products.
