根据间歇式机加工过程中被加工材质和加工工艺非确定性的特殊情况,基于加工现场的特殊要求,需要现配机加工切削液。对机加工现配切削液进行了研究,对各种添加剂进行了筛选,并确定了复合配方。所用材料易从市场购置,价格低廉,切削液润滑防锈性能优良,且节能环保,避免浪费。

According to the unique feature of the non-deterministic nature of the processed materialand the processing technology in the intermittent machining process, based on the special requirements ofthe processing site, the cutting fluid is required to be prepared on site. The cutting fluid to be prepared onsite for machining was studied, various additives were screened, and compounding formulas weredetermined. The materials used are easy to be sourced from the market, the price is low, the cutting fluidis excellent in lubrication and rust prevention, and it is an energy-saving and green fluid.
