摘要
密封润滑技术是动车组齿轮箱开发过程中的关键,将直接影响齿轮箱的性能。对动车组齿轮箱密封润滑系统进行了设计,分析了试验过程中输入轴电机侧发生渗油的原因,并提出了有效的解决措施,提高了系统的可靠性。
Seal lubrication technology is the key stone to the development of the EMU gearbox and itwill directly affect the performance of the gearbox. The gear box lubrication system for EMUs was designed.The causes of oil leakage on the motor side of the input shaft were analyzed during the test, and effectivemeasures were proposed to improve the reliability of the system.
