摘要
通过分析目前风电齿轮箱花键的主要失效形式,得出风电齿轮箱花键失效的主要原因是摩擦损耗。为提高花键的耐磨性,在现有工艺的基础上,提出了一种有效的风电齿轮箱花键硬化工艺,用于解决花键失效问题。
After analyzing the main failure modes of the spline of wind power gearbox, the main causefor the spline failure of wind power gearbox arrived is friction wear. In order to improve the wear resistanceof splines, based on the existing technology, an effective spline hardening process for wind power gearboxwas proposed to attack the spline failure.
