摘要 为实现常村煤矿岩巷快速掘进,保证矿井的正常接替,以11204工作面底板岩巷作为试验地点对中深孔爆破技术进行工业试验。根据试验巷道岩性、断面及计算依据,确定出爆破的周边眼、辅助眼、掏槽眼深度和炮眼的数目,炸药消耗量降低62%,日进尺提高1.71m/d,巷道成型质量和速度都得到明显提高,满足矿井采掘接替的要求。 In order to realize the rapid tunneling in the rock alley of Changcun Coal Mine and ensure the normal replacement of the mine,the floor rock alley of 11204 working face was used as the test site for the industrial test of the medium-deep hole blasting technology.According to the test roadway lithology,section and calculation basis,the number of surrounding eyes,auxiliary eyes,digging hole depth and holes were determined.The consumption of explosives was reduced by 62%,the daily footage was increased by 1.71 m/d,and the roadway forming quality and speed were significantly improved to meet the requirements of mine excavation replacement.
