高应力膨胀性井巷支护技术研究

摘要 随着煤炭开采深度的不断增加,高应力软岩巷道的支护难度也越来越大。本文通过分析永定庄煤业深井高应力软岩支护巷道的变形特点,提出了锚网喷一次支护,锚注支护为二次支护,同时提出底板反拱措施以减少巷道底鼓现象。通过这些措施,有效提高了井巷稳定性,减少了围岩破坏,降低了井巷维修工作量,具有一定的经济效益。 With the increasing of coal mining depth,it is more and more difficult to support high-stress soft rock roadway.In this article,by analyzing the deformation characteristics of high stress soft rock support roadway in Yongdingzhuang Coal Industry,the first support of anchor net spray is put forward,and the anchorage and grouting support is the second,and put forward measures to reduce the phenomenon of floor heave of roadway floor the arch.Through these measures,the stability of roadway is effectively improved,the surrounding rock destruction are reduced,and the maintenance workload of roadway is reduced,which has achieved certain economic benefits.
