摘要
为实现夏店煤矿井下防爆高压馈电开关失压延时保护,保证重要设备的安全运行。夏店煤矿对永磁操作机构采取增加电容的改造方案,对弹簧机构采取增加继电器与电容的改造方案,改造方案简单可行,通过开关改造,实现了开关失压延时保护,大大降低了因电网波动造成矿井失电进而引发事故的几率。
In order to ensure the safety operation of important equipment,the protection of anti-explosion high voltage feeder switch in Xiadian Coal Mine is required.Xiadian Coal Mine adopts the transformation scheme of increasing capacitance for the permanent magnetic operating mechanism,and the transformation scheme of increasing relay and capacitance for the spring mechanism.The transformation scheme is simple and feasible.Through the transformation of the switch,the protection of the voltage loss delay of the switch is realized,which greatly reduces the probability of mine power loss and accidents caused by the fluctuation of the power grid.
