厚煤层安全高效轻放工艺技术研究

摘要 本文以经坊煤矿五采区内3-507工作面为工程背景,对其采用的轻放开采工艺技术进行了研究,对该工作面所选用的ZF2600-16/24B型轻放支架进行了选型计算和参数校验,并在此基础上进行了现场工业性试验。结果表明ZF2600-16/24B型轻放支架能够满足3-507工作面安全高效开采的要求,研究成果对轻型综采放顶煤设备的推广和应用具有重要的意义。 In this paper,taking the 3-507 working face in the five mining area of the Jingfang Coal Mine as the engineering background,the light production technology used in the coal mining area is studied.The selection and calculation of the ZF2600-16/24B type light duty support for the working face and the verification of its parameters are emphasized.On the basis,field industrial tests are carried out.The results show that the ZF2600-16/24B type light support can meet the safe and efficient mining of the 3-507 working face.The research results are of great significance for the popularization and application of the light fully mechanized caving equipment.
