摘要 为解决掘进机电控系统故障检测中的各类问题,通过引入黑箱测试法,并结合电控系统本身特点,进行掘进机电控系统黑箱检测方法设计。该方法充分利用黑箱方法自身优势,以功能测试为入手点,逐步确定故障原因,以电控系统故障实例,演示黑箱方法在故障检测方面的应用。 In order to solve various problems in fault detection of electric control system of tunneling machine,the design of black box detection method of electric control system of tunneling machine is carried out by introducing black box test method and combining with the characteristics of electric control system itself.This method makes full use of the advantages of the black box method,starts from the functional test,and gradually determines the cause of the fault,and demonstrates the application of the black box method in fault detection with an example of the electric control system.
