摘要
建立某小客车侧翻试验有限元仿真模型,通过运动参数、部件变形与实验进行对标分析,验证有限元模型可靠性.从结构变形、受力、吸能等方面确定关键吸能和承载部件.从拉伸(压缩)与弯曲、弯曲与扭转的组合变形和压杆的失稳变形分析薄壁梁结构的变形模式.通过理论分析与有限元仿真,研究壁厚、截面形态、加强结构三个方面对上部结构耐撞性的影响.采用正交试验法研究关键结构厚度对质量、吸能以及侵入量的综合影响.分别从增加壁厚、加强板、以及高强度钢等提出耐撞性优化设计方案.
A finite element simulation model of tumbling test is established,Through the analysis of motion parameters and component deformation,the reliability of finite element model is verified.The key energy absorption and bearing parts are determined by the structural deformation,force,energy and other aspects.The deformation mode of thin-walled beam structure is analyzed by the combination deformation of bending(compression)and bending,bending and torsion and the buckling deformation of the bar.Through the theoretical analysis and finite element simulation,the influence of wall thickness,section shape and reinforcement structure on the impact of the upper structure is studied.The effect of thickness of critical structure on mass,energy absorption and intrusion was studied by orthogonal test method.Crashworthiness optimization designs are proposed by increase wall thickness,stiffeners,and high strength steel.
