摘要
为测度港口能源效率情况,通过深入分析影响港口能源效率的因素,建立了全面考虑能源投入、劳动投入、设施投入、期望产出和非期望产出的港口全要素能源效率评价指标体系,并基于考虑非期望产出的超效率SBM模型构建了港口能源效率评价模型,对上海港2008—2016年能源效率进行实证研究.评价结果表明,上海港能源效率在2013年之前一直稳步提升,从2014年开始出现波动,能源效率提升重点应逐渐由控制油料消耗向加大电能节约转变.
In order to measure the energy efficiency of the port,through in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the port′s energy efficiency,a comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation index system for port,including energy inputs,labor inputs,facility inputs,desirable outputs and undesirable outputs,was established.The port energy efficiency evaluation model was constructed based on the super-efficiency SBM model considering the undesirable outputs.Finally,an empirical study on Shanghai port′s energy efficiency from 2008 to 2016 was carried out.The evaluation results show that the energy efficiency of Shanghai Port has been steadily increasing before 2013,and the energy efficiency in Shanghai Port has been fluctuated since 2014.The focus of energy efficiency improvement should gradually shift from controlling oil consumption to increasing energy conservation.
