摘要 基于降耗、环保的需要,提出预拌增强的技术路线,采用降黏剂与基质沥青进行预拌,改善沥青混合料的施工和易性,降低施工温度,然后采用岩沥青粉末复拌以提高沥青混合料性能.首先,通过正交试验开发了基于表面活性剂的EM降黏剂,确定了EM型预拌增强沥青混合料中降黏剂的添加比例;其次,通过室内试验测试评价不同岩沥青掺量所制备混合料的路用性能,据此选择适宜的岩沥青掺量;最后,将预拌增强沥青混合料与几种常见沥青混合料路用性能作对比试验,以评价EM型预拌增强沥青混合料路用性能的优劣和应用推广的可行性.试验结果表明,适当比例的EM降黏剂和岩沥青的加入不仅可以明显降低混合料的拌和温度,而且可以提高沥青混合料的高温性能、低温性能、水稳性能以及耐疲劳性能;当EM降黏剂的掺量为3%、青川岩沥青掺量为20%或者布敦岩沥青掺量为30%时,EM型预拌增强沥青混合料具有良好的路用性能及环保效益. Based on the needs of consumption reduction and environmental protection,the technical route of ready-mixed strengthening was proposed.The viscosity reducer and base asphalt were used for pre-mixing to improve the workability of asphalt mixture and reduce the construction temperature Then,the rock asphalt powder was mixed again to improve the performance of the asphalt mixture.Firstly,the surfactant-based EM viscosity reducer was developed through orthogonal experiments,and the adding proportion of the viscosity reducer in the EM ready-mixed reinforced asphalt mixture was determined in this paper..Secondly,laboratory tests were conducted to evaluate the pavement performance of the prepared mixture with different rock asphalt contentance,and the suitable rock asphalt contentance was selected.Finally,the pavement performance of several common asphalt mixture were tested and compared,in order to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of EM ready-mixedenhanced asphalt mixture,and feasibility of application and popularization.The results show that the addition of the appropriate proportion of EM viscosity-reducer and rock asphalt can not only significantly reduce the mixing temperature of the mixture,but also improve the high temperature performance,low temperature performance,water stability and fatigue resistance of the asphalt mixture.When the dosage of EM viscosity-reducer is 3%and the content of Qingchuan rock asphalt is 20%,or the content of Budon rock asphalt is 30%,the EM ready-mixed-enhanced asphalt mixture has good road performance and environmental protection benefits.
