摘要
以某船上的大型钢管桁架遮阳棚为例,为配合其结构设计,讨论能否采用桁架结构的独立模型对其安全性进行评估和结构优化设计,利用MSC.Patran/Nastran软件,分别采用遮阳棚的独立模型和其与船体的整体模型进行强度、刚度及稳定性直接计算和校核,并对其进行结构优化.结果表明,加强后该桁架式遮阳棚结构安全可靠;可采用桁架独立模型进行评估但需留有一定的安全余量.通过优化纵向构件和水平构件的尺寸,桁架的结构质量可减轻约15%.
Taking a large steel pipe truss awning on ship as an example,in order to reasonably design a large steel pipe truss louver on a ship,and discuss whether the independent model of truss structure can be used to evaluate the safety and optimize the structure design,the independent model and the whole model of the awning were used to calculate directly and evaluate the strength,stiffness and stability by MSC.Patran/Nastran,and the structure optimization was also carried out.The results show that the truss awning structure is safe and reliable after the reinforcement.On the premise of keeping the margin of safety,the truss independent model can be used for evaluation.By optimizing the dimensions of the longitudinal and horizontal components,the structural mass of the truss can be reduced by about 15%.
