再生沥青混合料中旧沥青再生程度影响因素研究 被引量:7

摘要 为掌握制备工艺对再生沥青混合料中旧沥青再生程度影响,提出一套旧沥青再生程度试验方法和评价指标,并基于此研究再生剂类型、掺量、新集料加热温度、拌和温度及干拌时间对其影响.结果表明:选用组分稳定性好,"饱和分+芳香分"含量高或黏度低的再生剂能有效提高旧沥青再生程度,且再生程度随其掺量增加逐渐提高,但超过8%后效果不再明显;新集料加热温度和拌和温度增加时旧沥青再生程度均呈现先提高后下降趋势,两者最优值分别为195℃和165℃;延长干拌时间能提高旧沥青再生程度,但超过2min后效果不再明显. In order to master the effect of the preparation process on the regeneration degree of the old asphalt in the recycled asphalt mixture,a series of corresponding test methods and evaluation indexes were formulated,and the effects of recycling agent type,dosage,new aggregate heating temperature,mixing temperature and dry mixing time on the regeneration degree of the old asphalt were studied.The results show that the use of components with good stability,"Saturates and Aromatic"high content or low viscosity of the regeneration agent can effectively improve the regeneration degree of the old asphalt,and the degree of regeneration gradually increases with the increase of its content,but the effect is no longer obvious after exceeding 8 %.When the heating temperature and mixing temperature of the new aggregate increase,the regeneration degree of the old asphalt will increase first and then decrease,and the optimum values are 195 ℃ and 165 ℃respectively.Prolonging the dry mixing time can improve the regeneration degree of the old asphalt,but the effect is no longer obvious after2 min.
