摘要
随着近年交通量的增长以及交通轴载和轮压的提高,上世纪80年代我国建立的马歇尔击实标准已明显滞后于交通现状,室内混合料密度相较实际路面芯样偏低.文中研究了马歇尔落锤质量、击实次数对沥青混合料试件密度、试件成型前后矿料级配变化,以及力学性能的影响,结合重交通压实标准,提出了修正马歇尔击实方法.结果表明,马歇尔击实密度和落锤质量与击实次数均成正比关系,可以通过改变击实次数与落锤质量的方法提高马歇尔压实功、增加试件密度.建议落锤质量8.25kg、击实75次或者4.5kg落锤质量与击实145次作为基于重交通压实标准Marshall击实方法的修正.
With the increase of traffic volume and the increase of traffic load and wheel pressure in recent years,the Marshall crushing standard established in China in the 1980 shas obviously lagged behind the traffic situation,and the density of indoor mixture is lower than the actual pavement core sample.The effects of Marshall drop weight,the number of compaction times on the density of asphalt mixture,the change of material gradation and the mechanical properties before and after the molding of the specimen were studied in this paper.Combined with the heavy traffic compaction standard,the modified Marshall method was proposed.The results show that the Marshall compaction density is directly proportional to the weight of falling hammer and the number of crushing times.The Marshall compressive work can be improved by changing the number of crushing and drop hammer weight.It is recommended to reduce the weight to 8.25 kg of drop hammer weight,75 times of crushing times or 4.5 kg,145 times as a correction based on the heavy traffic compaction standard Marshall.
