摘要
针对重质委油脱油沥青(DOA)的利用进行了研究,以3家公司生产的AH-90型重交沥青及重质委油DOA为原料,调和制备了AH-30型、AH-50型硬质沥青,按照GB/T 15180—2010对调和沥青的性能进行了评价,确定了DOA加入量及其制备工艺,并对所制备的硬质沥青进行了PG分级表征。实验结果表明,采用搅拌温度160℃、搅拌时间1.0 h的搅拌工艺,基质沥青为AH-90型时,加入质量分数为4%~12%的DOA,可得到满足AH-50型要求的重交沥青;加入质量分数为9%~22%的DOA,可以得到满足AH-30型要求的重交沥青,生产的硬质沥青明显拓宽了塑性温度范围。
The utilization on the de-oiled asphalt(DOA) of Venezuela heavy oil was studied. The AH-30,AH-50 hard asphalt were prepared by blending the AH-90 heavy traffic paving asphalt produced by three companies and DOA of Venezuela heavy oil. The properties of the blended asphalt was evaluated according to GB/T 15180-2010,thereby the mixing ration of DOA and its preparation technology were determined;and the prepared hard asphalt were characterized by PG grading. The experimental results showed that use the stirring process with the stirring temperature of 160 ℃ and the stirring time of 1.0 h,the base asphalt is AH-90,DOA with a mass fraction of 4% to 12%,and the requirement of AH-50 can be obtained;DOA with a mass fraction of 9%-22%,and the requirement of AH-30 can be obtained,the hard asphalt produced by this blending process obviously broaden the plastic temperature range.
