引入风险投资三方耦合成果转化研究

Research on the Achievements Transformation of Tripartite Cooperation in Venture Capital Investment

风险投资产生于美国,旨在推动实验室成果向市场落地转化。本文以农业成果转化工作为研究对象,在厘清风险投资概念、运行机制与特征的基础上,针对我国大多中小涉农企业吸引风险资本能力不足的问题,提出风险资本、技术、企业三方耦合的研究设想,旨在深化成果转化与推广应用的改革过渡时期,增加有潜力的中小企业扩融资能力,进一步提高农业科技成果转化效率。风险资本家、成果持有者、中小涉农企业三方互补短板,使资本、技术、生产通力合作,对降低投资风险、推动科研单位成果转化、突破中小企业发展困境具有重要意义。

Venture capital is produced in the United States,in order to improve the achievements transformation rate,in this paper we took the achievements transformation as a research object and introduced the concept,operational mechanism and characteristics of venture capital.The research idea of venture capital,technology and enterprise tripartite cooperation was put forward.It hopes to improve the financing ability of small enterprises and improve the efficiency of transformation.Tripartite cooperation is great significance to reduce investment risk,promote the transformation of achievements and break through the development dilemma of small and medium-sized enterprises.
