摘要
将6#、MP、KOC-15三种保护涂料在高温下对30CrMnSiA材料的保护效果进行了对比试验与探讨,结果表明,6#保护涂料具有良好的抗氧化、防脱碳性能,且脱落性较好,用油冷时脱落面积为90%以上,是较好的热处理保护涂料。
In this paper,the protective effects of 6#,MP,and KOC-15 protective coatings on 30 CrMnSiA materials were compared and discussed in the high temperature. The results show that the 6#protective coating has good anti-oxidation,anti-decarburization performance,and good shedding property. When using oil cooling process,the peeling area of the 6# coating is greater than 90%,which is a good protective coating for heat treatment.
