溴化丁基橡胶门尼黏度数据比对结果分析与评价

数据比对是实验室质量保证的必要途径,根据合成橡胶行业的特点以及行业质量控制的要求,国家合成橡胶质量监督检验中心组织了溴化丁基橡胶门尼黏度数据比对,49家合成橡胶行业不同领域的实验室参加了比对。比对结果采用稳健统计技术进行了处理和分析评价,统计结果表明,在ML(1+4)100℃、ML(1+8)100℃、ML(1+4)125℃、ML(1+8)125℃条件下,其稳健统计的Z值绝对值的平均值分别为0.7、1.0、1.1、1.0,均小于2,满意结果均大于90%。因此,橡胶行业门尼黏度比对较以往其检测水平有大幅度的提升。

The data comparison is a necessary way to laboratory quality assurance,according to the characteristics of synthetic rubber industry and the quality control requirement,national quality supervision and inspection center organized data comparison of brominated butyl rubber Mooney viscosity,49 laboratories in synthetic rubber industry had participated in the comparison. The robust statistical techniques was used to process the test data,the results showed the robust statistical average Z absolute value were 0. 7,1. 0,1. 1,1. 0,were less than 2,the satisfactory results were greater than 90 %,at ML（ 1 ＋ 4） 100℃,ML（ 1 ＋ 8） 100℃,ML（ 1 ＋ 4）125℃ and ML（ 1 ＋ 8） 125℃. Therefore,the detection level of Mooney viscosity in the rubber industry had greatly improved than in the past.
