摘要
基于能量法和有限元仿真软件,对同心式永磁行星齿轮(Concentric permanent magnetic planetary Gear,CPMPG)进行了理论分析和有限元验证。通过对CPMPG的模型参数设计、气隙磁密分析、整体传动比及转矩计算,表明所提出的CPMPG结构可有效提高同心式永磁齿轮的传动比;虽然所提出结构的动态转矩密度较静态转矩密度有小幅降低,但仍比永磁电机高出许多,验证了所提出结构的有效性及实用性。
Based on energy approach and finite element simulation software,theoretical analysis and finite element verification are carried out for Concentric permanent magnetic planetary Gear( CPMPG). Through designing the model parameters of CPMPG,analyzing the magnetic density in air gap and calculating the overall transmission ratio and torque,the proposed CPMPG structure can effectively improve the transmission ratio of the concentric permanent magnetic gear. Although the dynamic torque density of the proposed structure is slightly lower than the static torque density,it is still much higher than the permanent magnetic motor,which verifies the validity and practicability of the proposed structure.
