新型柔性限位减速器的结构设计与动力学仿真

摘要 提出一种采用柔性限位的二级圆锥-圆柱齿轮新型减速器,其中,圆锥齿轮、圆柱齿轮的单侧定位元件为高刚性的碟形弹簧,碟形弹簧处于预紧状态。当齿轮所受轴向力低于碟形弹簧预紧力时,齿轮不出现轴向移动,定位准确;当齿轮所受轴向力高于碟形弹簧预紧力时,碟形弹簧产生形变以吸收能量,避免较大的轴向力直接作用于刚性定位元件而导致永久变形。通过UG8.0建立了柔性限位减速器的三维模型,并利用ANSYS Work Bench对其进行指定载荷下的瞬态动力学分析,仿真结果验证了对减速器进行柔性限位的理论可行性。 A novel flexible restrict reducer is proposed. This reducer is a two stages conical cylindrical gear reducer. The setting element of conical gear and cylindrical gear is pre-tighten belleville spring. There is no axial movement of the gears while the gear axial force is lower than the spring force,the location is accuracy.On the contrary,the spring deforms for absorbing energy to avoid permanent deformation applied by direct axial force. The 3 D model of the flexible restrict reducer is built by UG 8. 0 and the transient dynamics analysis under specified load is carried out by the ANSYS Work Bench. The theoretical feasibility of flexible restrict reducer is verified by the simulation result.
