摘要 FT针摆传动减速器是一种新型两级传动结构,为了对该减速器进行系列化的设计与开发,提供了一种相对便捷的参数化建模与装配方案,以Creo 3.0为平台,建立零部件的三维参数化模型,模型中的特征参数之间相互关联,并合理选择装配的前后基准,建立虚拟样机。可实现在模型特征参数改变时装配关系不变,通过模型验证,确定装配的正确性,便于设计者操作。 The FT Pin-cycloid drive is a new double-stage driving structure. In order to design and develop the reducer in the future,a relatively convenient parametric modeling and assembly scheme is provided,taking Creo3. 0 as platform,the 3 D parametric model of parts and components is established,the feature parameters in the model are related to each other,the assembly around benchmark is reasonable selection,a virtual prototype is established. When the characteristic parameters of the model are changed,the assembly relation is invariable,and the correctness of assembly is determined through the model verification. It is convenient for the designer to operate.
