摘要
针对实时无隙精密钢球传动组合输出盘创新结构,在考虑钢球和导向槽尺寸误差的基础上,建立啮合副接触点力学模型,利用力矩平衡方程以及接触点处刚度系数,推导出啮合点实际接触角和法向力的计算公式并进行精确求解。将法向力转化为接触区上的分布力,计算分析了接触区中心变形、压强和无量纲应力及其在误差影响下的变化规律。研究结果表明,两种误差的变化均影响组合输出盘的力学性能,其中,钢球尺寸误差对法向力分布的影响更为明显,也是影响组合输出盘力学性能的主要因素。研究结果为精密钢球传动组合输出盘创新结构设计与分析提供理论依据。
In view of the innovative construction of combined output plate of real-time non-clearance precision ball transmission,the mechanical model of engagement pair contact point is established based on size error of balls and guide groove. The actual contact angle and normal force are deduced by using the torque balance equation and the contact point stiffness coefficient,and result is exact calculated. The normal force is converted to a distributed force on contact zone. The deformation,pressure and dimensionless stress of contact center zone are analyzed and the law of change that effected by error is analyzed. The results show that the mechanical properties of combined output plate are impacted by the two kinds of errors. The distribution of normal force has an obvious change as the varying of the ball size errors,and it is the main factor for mechanical properties of combined output plate. The research result provides theoretical basis for the design and analysis of combined output plate of precision ball transmission.
