摘要
适当的齿轮齿向修形能防止载荷过于集中,改善啮合性能,降低噪声,提高承载能力。以齿向载荷分布模型为基础,依据啮合齿向误差和轮齿变形,建立了齿轮有效接触宽度和鼓形量的计算方法,并给出了齿向鼓形修形曲线方程;通过创建不同鼓形量的齿轮副三维模型,采用三维接触有限元方法计算得到了轮齿的齿向载荷分布规律。结果表明,按文中方法确定的理论鼓形量,可使轮齿齿向载荷分布系数达到最小值。
The proper axial modification can prevent the load concentration,improve the meshing performance,reduce the noise and improve the carrying capacity. Based on the tooth load distribution model,the meshing longitudinal error and gear tooth deformation,the calculation methods of the effective contact width and crowning value is established,and the axial crowning curve equation is given. Gear pair models with different crowning values are established,and the longitudinal load distribution is calculated by 3 D contact finite element method. According to the theoretical crowning value determined by this method,the minimize value of longitudinal load distribution factor can be achieved.
