摘要
振动是影响链传动性能的主要因素。与普通滚子链传动不同,由于轨道的约束,大节距输送链的主要振动形式为沿着轨道方向的纵向振动。针对此问题,建立了大节距轨迹约束型输送链模型及其等效构型。根据多自由度系统振动原理,建立了链条的动力学模型,并求出其固有频率和主振型。根据多自由度系统强迫振动理论,计算了链条在一个周期内的动态响应。以上分析表明,大节距轨迹约束型输送链纵向振动固有频率较大,空载工况下的受迫振动响应较弱,链条整体振动较普通滚子链有很大的改善。
The vibration is a main factor to influence the performance of chain drive. The difference between normal roller chains and constrained conveyor chains is that the main vibration mode of constrained trajectory conveyor chains is longitudinal. The model and its equivalent model are established to solve this problem.The kinetics model is built to resolve the natural frequency and principal mode based on the vibration theory of multiple-degree-of-freedom system. The dynamic response in one period is obtained based on the forced vibration theory of multiple-degree-of-freedom system. The analysis shows that the value of natural frequency of longitudinal vibration of constrained trajectory conveyor chains with long pitch is large and the vibration response in no-load operating condition is weak. In another word,the vibration is improved greatly with the constrained trajectory.
