摘要
采用预弯原理卷制套筒,接缝回弹开隙减低到最少,尺寸波动范围明显减小;预弯套筒链条较普通套筒链条耐磨性能显著提高,销轴与套筒在内链板部位上最大磨损量降低,套筒在循环硬化的作用下表面硬度均有所提高。
The prebending principle is used to roll the bushing,the gap of the seam can be reduced to a minimum and the fluctuation range of dimension is reduced obviously. The wear-resisting performance of the prebending bushing chain is significantly improved compare with the general bushing chain. The wear is reduced where the bushing contact with the pin,the surface hardness of the bushing is improved under the effect of cyclic hardening.
