摘要
针对传统结晶器加渣设备存在保护渣浪费、保护渣厚度不均匀等问题,设计了带有出料口矩形化补偿机构的自动加渣机,以解决保护渣浪费的问题。建立机构运动学模型,利用MATLAB对驱动连杆的角速度进行仿真分析,并拟合出合适的电控指令曲线,进行实时调节,保证出料口中心运动速度基本稳定,以解决保护渣投撒厚度不均匀的问题。最后,通过自动加渣实验表明,滑动平台位移的实测值与理论值误差小于5%,出料口中心运动轨迹近似为直线且摆动速度基本不变,结晶器内保护渣分布均匀。
Aiming at the problems such as the loss of mold powder and the uneven thickness of the mold powder,the automatic slag adding machine with rectangular rectification compensation mechanism is designed to solve the problem of slag wasting. The kinematics model of the mechanism is established,and the angular velocity of the driving link is simulated by MATLAB. The appropriate electronic control command curve is fitted and adjusted in real time to ensure that the central speed of the discharge port is basically stable,which is to solve the uneven problem. Finally,the experimental results show that the error of displacement of the sliding platform between the measured value and the theoretical value is less than 5%. The central trajectory of the discharge port is approximately straight and the swing speed is basically the same. The distribution of the mold powder in the mold is uniform.
