摘要
采用过饱和浸渍法制备了TiO_2-β/SBA-15复合分子筛催化剂,利用XRD、SEM、N_2吸附-脱附、FTIR、TG-DTA等分析手段进行表征,考察了β分子筛加入量、TiO_2负载量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等制备条件对催化剂静态光催化氧化脱硫性能的影响。实验结果表明,TiO_2-β/SBA-15同时兼具微-介双孔孔道结构,活性组分TiO_2高度分散在催化剂表面,在β分子筛加入量为复合分子筛总质量的20%、TiO_2负载量为10%(w)、焙烧温度500℃、焙烧时间3 h条件下制备的催化剂重复使用6次依然具有很高的脱硫率,具有优异的催化再生性能。
Composite molecular sieve catalyst TiO2-β/SBA-15 was prepared by supersaturated impregnation method,and were characterized by XRD,SEM,N2 adsorption-desorption,FTIR,and TG-DTA.The effects of β zeolite loading,TiO2 loading,calcination temperature and calcination time on the performance of static photocatalytic oxidation desulfurization were investigated.The results showed that TiO2-β/SBA-15 could maintain a micro-mediated double pore structure,and the active component TiO2 was highly dispersed on the catalyst surface.The optimal preparation conditions were obtained:β zeolite content was 20% of the total mass of the composite molecular sieve,TiO2 loading was 10%(w),calcination temperature was 500℃and the calcination time was 3 h.The catalyst still had a high desulfurization rate after it was reused for 6 times,indicating that it had excellent catalytic performance.
