摘要
酒泉市传统的工业产业管理模式已不能满足其发展需求,如何利用信息化技术和手段来布局、规划、管理,是目前迫切需要解决的问题。文中以酒泉市为例,讲述了采用SOA架构,基于ArcGIS Server,利用Java EE+Flex模式进行工业产业地理信息系统建设,建设成果为当地工业产业管理提供了一套行之有效的信息化解决方案。
In recent years, the traditional industrial management mode had been unable to meet its development needs in Jiuquan. How to use information technology and means to layout, plan and manage was an urgent problem to solve now. Taking Jiuquan city as an example, the use of SOA architecture, based on ArcGIS Server, the construction of industrial geographic information system using Java EE and Flex mode were described, construction results provided a set of effective information solution for the local industrial management.
