摘要
针对厚煤层村庄下开采损害严重、现有开采技术不适用现状,提出了结合新农村城镇化建设政策将村庄就近搬迁至采空区上方建设抗变形房屋技术途径。研究表明圈梁和构造柱刚性骨架体系增强了建筑物的整体刚度和抗变形能力,滑动层可以有效地切断地表变形沿基础向上传递。实践表明,就近重建抗变形结构建筑是解决厚煤层村庄下压煤开采的主要技术途径之一,抗变形措施成本增加有限,具有很好的技术经济效益。
According to the mining damage of village was very serious and the existing mining technology was not suitable for high seam, the technical approach of relocating village to vicinal subsidence area to establish the anti-deformation buildings was put forward combination with the new rural urbanization construction policy. Research showed that the stiffness system with ring beam and constructional column could enhance the building's anti-deformation capacity, and sliding layer could prevent ground deformation transmission upward. Practice showed that rebuilding new village with anti-deformation design was a suitable way to mining high seam under villages, anti-deformation measures cost increase was limited and anti-deformation design had low cost with the obvious technical and economic benefit.
