阴超在诊断输卵管积水的临床价值分析

Clinic Value Analysis of Transvaginal Ultrasound on Diagnosing Hydrosalpinx

目的探究阴道超声(阴超)检查对的诊断价值。方法收集我院2015年1月至2017年1月经手术及病理确诊的50例输卵管积水患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较入组患者经腹部超声检查及阴超检查结果,分析其临床应用价值。结果50例患者中,阴超诊断输卵管积水45例(误诊5例),腹部超声诊断输卵管积水23例(误诊27例),阴超诊断诊断率90%显著高于腹部超声诊断46%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴超诊断输卵管积水准确率显著高于腹部超声诊断,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinic value of transvaginal ultrasound on diagnosing hydrosalpinx.Methods Clinic data of 50 cases with hydrosalpinx in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and retrospectively analyzed,abdomen ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound examination results of patients were compared,clinic application value was analyzed.Results Among 50 cases,there were 45 cases hydrosalpinx diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound（misdiagnose 5 cases）,and 23 cases hydrosalpinx diagnosed by abdomen ultrasound（misdiagnose 27 cases）,diagnostic rate of transvaginal ultrasound 90%was significantly higher than abdomen ultrasound 46% the difference was statistic significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Diagnostic rate of transvaginal ultrasound is significantly higher than abdomen ultrasound,and is worthy of wide application.
