针灸推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

The Effect of Acupuncture Massage on the Treatment of Radicular Cervical Spondylosis was Observed

目的探讨应用针灸推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将本院2016年4月至2017年5月收治的84例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组42例,对照组应用传统推拿牵引治疗方法,观察组应用针灸配合推拿治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后疼痛评分及治疗费用低于对照组,平均疗程比对照组少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,明显低于对照组78.57%(P<0.05)。结论应用针灸推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture massage on the treatment of radicular cervical spondylosis.Methods Our hospital in April 2016-May 2017 treated 84 cases of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group,control group using traditional massage traction treatment,observation group used acupuncture and massage therapy,to observe the effect of two groups of treatment.Results After treatment,the pain score and treatment cost were lower than the control group,and the average treatment was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The total effective rate of observation group was 95.24%,significantly lower than the total effective rate of78.57% in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has high clinical value and is worth popularizing.
