危重症患者合并血糖变异的优质护理及对预后的影响

Nursing Analysis on Blood Glucose Variation in Critical Patients

目的研究分析危重症患者血糖变异的临床护理方法。方法回顾性分析2016年3月至2017年3月我院危重症患者的临床资料。按研究标准选取60例危重症并发血糖变异患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例患者。其中,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予更具针对性、系统性的优质护理干预。以两组危重症患者ICU停留时间、感染率、死亡率比较作为观察指标。结果经相应护理后,观察组ICU停留时间(10.61±4.03)d、感染率(16.7%)、死亡率(10%)均明显优于对照组ICU停留时间(19.21±5.21)d、感染率(33.3%)、死亡率(26.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够有效控制危重症患者血糖变异状况,且能够有效缩短ICU停留时间,降低感染率与死亡率,值得临床推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical nursing methods of blood glucose variation in critically ill patients.Methods The clinical data of critically ill patients in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the research criteria,60 critically ill patients with congenital hyperglycemia were selected as the research object.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group.Among them,the control group using routine care,observation group on the basis of routine care to give more targeted and systematic quality nursing intervention.The ICU stay time,infection rate and mortality of two critically ill patients were compared as observation indicators.Results The ICU stay time（10.61±4.03）d,infection rate（16.7%）and death rate（10%）in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（19.21±5.21）d and 33.3%,Mortality（26.7%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Quality care can effectively control the blood glucose in critically ill patients,and can effectively shorten the ICU residence time and reduce the infection rate and mortality,worthy of clinical promotion.
