摘要
本文基于热空气老化试验方法,选取某种航空用橡胶减振器常温状态下减振率衰减率为关键考核指标,研究该指标随着温度及老化时间的关系,建立其寿命推算公式,预测该减振器常温使用寿命为20年,满足设计要求,为该产品的设计和使用提供相关依据。
Based on hot air aging test method, this paper selects attenuation rate of a certain rubber shock absorber for aviation under the condition of room temperature as the key assessment indicators and studies the relationship of the index with temperature and aging time, to establish its life estimation formula. It is predicted that the shock absorber at room temperature will serve for 20 years, and can meet the design requirements, which provides relevant basis for the design and use of product.
