摘要
基于海军航空维修安全管理体系特点,在建设实施层面,研究制定基本原则,划分主体阶段,梳理重点内容,并编制一套建设实施计划示例。
Based on characteristics of safety management system of naval aviation maintenance, the basic construction principles and the main stages are studied, the key content is analyzed, and a set of samples about its construction plan are carried out.
