摘要
针对船体外板自动加工问题,设计了一种水火弯板自动加工系统,并对系统中的关键技术进行了研究。该自动加工系统采用龙门式5轴联动设计,从而满足大曲率外板的加工需求。此外在三维激光测量技术的基础上,通过坐标系变换、轨迹规划和5轴控制量计算方法,实现外板曲面的定位和加工。实验测试结果表明:该系统能代替工人进行实际的外板成形加工工作,具有一定的实际应用价值。
Aiming at the problem of automatic processing of ship hull plate,a kind of automatic processing system of water fire bending plate was designed,and the key technology of the system was studied. The 5-axis gantry-linked design was used in this system,so as to meet the processing requirements of large curvature ship hull plate. Besides,based on the 3D laser measurement technology,the coordinate system transformation method,trajectory planning and 5-axis control quantity calculation method were researched to realize the positioning and machining of the hull plate. The experimental resulst show that this system can replace the workers for processing work of the hull plate,which has certain practical application value.
