摘要
工业机器人远程监控与故障诊断是实施工业机器人使用与维护的重要依据与手段。构建了工业机器人远程监控与故障诊断架构,综述了工业机器人远程监控、远程信号采集、处理与融合以及远程故障诊断等技术的研究现状,并对工业机器人远程监控与故障诊断的未来发展前景进行了展望。
Remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of industrial robots is the important basis and means to implement the use and maintenance of industrial robots. In the architecture of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of industrial robots were built. The research status of remote monitoring,remote signal acquisition,processing and fusion,and remote fault diagnosis of industrial robots were reviewed. The future development trend of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of industrial robots is forecasted.
