摘要
本文总结了当前黑龙江在防凌减灾领域已经完成的研究成果:黑龙江防凌减灾系统的顶层设计及冰情观测站建设;先进的冰厚水深综合测量雷达系统的研发和应用;黑龙江冰坝预报及灾害评估;防凌爆破研究。以上成果已经应用到黑龙江凌汛管理和决策中,为黑龙江防灾减灾提供科技支撑。
In this paper some research results of ice control and disaster reduction of Heilongjiang province was sumarized which mainly included the top design of ice control and disaster mitigation system and the construction of ice obeservation station,development and application of advanced ice thick water depth synthetic measurement radar system,research of ice dam prediction and disaster assessment and ice cover blasting.Above all the achievements have been applied to the management and decision-making of heilongjiang Ice Flood,which can provide scientific and technological support for heilongjiang disaster prevention and mitigation.
